WordSpring version 2.5 released

A new release of Lexia's WordSpring software is now available. WordSpring 2.5 provides improved word lists, more extensive teaching tips, and more versatile printing formats. There are more dictionary words and twice as many nonsense words. WordSpring 2.5 is available at no cost to users who purchased WordSpring after July 1, 2006 and at nominal cost to those who purchased WordSpring before July. Lexia presented and demonstrated WordSpring at IDA 2006

At the November 2006 IDA National Conference in Indianapolis, Lexia Institute's Carol Murray gave a presentation and demonstrations of WordSpring to over 100 teachers and administrators. They responded to the ease and speed with which they can compose word lists, liked its comprehensive and carefully mapped out phonics base, and appreciated its use for professional development. We were especially delighted when they brought colleagues over to see WordSpring. Several teacher training centers are exploring the incorporation of WordSpring into their programs.
